Susan isn’t just a valued team member — she’s family. She is the mother of owner Joshua Belli and his sister Meagan Belli. Her family continues to grow, with ten grandchildren and one great‑grandchild who light up her world. Dillon Frey is AB Insulation’s Senior Auditor and Project Estimator. He joined the company on September 7, 2021, starting in the field as an installer before quickly working his way up through hard work, reliability, and a strong commitment to learning. Dillon continues to grow professionally and has clear aspirations to keep advancing within the company. Outside of work, Dillon enjoys spending time with his girlfriend Dominica and their 9‑month‑old daughter, Delilah. Jake is as versatile as he is dedicated.
